In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, breaking it into crumbles as it cooks. Drain off any excess grease.
Add beans and tomatoes to the meat and stir to combine. Reduce heat to medium low and simmer while preparing the shells and cheese.
Prepare the shells and cheese according to package directions.
Combine meat mixture with shells and cheese and mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
