A new take on an old standard – stuffed peppers. Instead of stuffing the pepper, this recipe chops it up and adds it to the stuffing!

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain off excess grease.

  2. Add bell peppers and onions to the beef and cook 5-7 minutes or until the vegetables are softened.

  3. Add remaining ingredients and stir well to combine.

  4. Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes and serve.
