Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Add chicken, cream cheese, Ranch seasoning, shredded cheese, and garlic powder to a slow cooker. Cook on High for 4 hours.

  2. Using two forks, shred the chicken and mix thoroughly with the sauce.

  3. To serve as sandwiches, toast the hoagie rolls, scoop the chicken onto the rolls, then top with sliced cheese and crumbled bacon. To serve as a meal, top with crumbled bacon.
