It's that time between Winter and Spring... the weather's warming up, but there's still the occasional "last blast" of cold every few days. I started looking for something "in between" as well - not ready to give up completely on soups and stews, but not ready to throw into major dinners either. This was a compromise - a simple chicken dish prepared in a slow cooker, and served over pasta. In fact, its name "Angel" comes from it being served over Angel Hair pasta - that's it. The sauce is very tasty, but not as creamy when finished as I had hoped. I may need to play around with that another time.
