In a large bowl combine cream cheese, butter, chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, and Italian dressing mix. Whisk to blend together thoroughly.
3 Pour mixture over chicken, covering thoroughly. Cook on Low for 4 to 6 hours.
4 Cook pasta according to package directions. To serve, place a bed of pasta on a plate and top with a chicken breast. Spoon extra sauce over chicken as desired.

Notes
- Substitutions:
- Thin sliced chicken breasts (the recipe photo shows a full sized chicken breast)
- Chicken tenders or thighs in place of the chicken breasts
- Any "cream of" soup can be used in place of the cream of chicken soup.
- The Italian dressing mix is a seasoning packet. Do not make the seasoning into actual Italian dressing!
- Additional vegetables could be added to the slow cooker such as frozen broccoli to make a more complete meal
- More servings are possible if the chicken is shredded after cooking. Additional pasta may be needed.
