Shrimp and fettuccini in a rich creamy pepper sauce.

Prepare the fettuccini according to package directions. Drain, rinse, and set aside.
While the pasta is cooking, place the roasted peppers and liquid from the jar into a blender or food processor and puree until smooth.
Heat a large skillet over high heat. Add butter, shrimp, paprika, and red pepper flakes, and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add salt and garlic and cook for 1 additional minute.
Remove shrimp from the skillet and set aside. Reduce heat to low and add the pureed roasted peppers. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
Add the Half & Half and cheese, stir and cook 1 additional minute. Turn off heat.
Return shrimp to the pan and add the fettuccini. Mix well.
Garnish with parsley and serve with additional Parmesan cheese.
