Lots of mozzarella cheese makes this deliciously gooey!

Remove sausage from casings. Cook in a large skillet over medium heat until no longer pink, breaking sausage into crumbles as it cooks. Using a slotted spoon, remove sausage from pan and set aside. Drain all but two tablespoons of grease from the pan and return to stove.
Add onion and garlic to pan, and sauté until onion is translucent.
Add diced tomatoes, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes.
Add sausage back to skillet and bring mixture to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
In a large pot, prepare pasta according to package directions. When finished, drain, rinse with hot water, and return to pot.
Add sausage mixture to the pasta and stir to combine.
Add Mozzarella cheese and stir to combine.
