- 1 1/4 cup long grain white rice, uncooked
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 package dry onion soup mix (1.25 oz)
- 4 cup water

Notes
