Poppy Seed Chicken Casserole

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray a 9 x 13 casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray.

  2. In a large bowl combine soup, sour cream, poppy seeds, cheese, pepper, parsley, and garlic powder and mix well. Add chicken and stir until completely coated in sauce. Pour mixture into casserole dish and spread evenly.

  3. In a medium bowl add crushed crackers and melted butter, stirring with a fork until well combined. Spread the mixture evenly over the top of the chicken.

  4. Bake uncovered for 35-40 minutes or until cooked through and the edges are bubbly. Serve immediately.
