  • 4 pork chops, bone-in
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup (10.75 oz)
  • 1 can chicken broth (14 oz)
  • 1 dry onion soup mix packet (1 oz)
  • 1 dry pork gravy packet (1 oz)
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 3 tablespoons cold water
Instructions
  1. In a 5-6 quart slow cooker combine chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, onion soup mix, and pork gravy mix. Whisk together until combined.

  3. Cook on Low for 6 hours.

  4. Toward the end of cooking, whisk together the cornstarch and water in a small bowl until smooth. Gently stir the cornstarch mixture into the gravy.

  5. Turn slow cooker to High and cook for 30 minutes or until gravy has thickened.
