Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 3/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1 can tomato sauce (8 oz)
  • 2 cups macaroni (uncooked)
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, corn, peas, green beans)
  • 2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
Instructions
  1. In a large skillet, sauté the ground beef and onion over medium heat. Drain any excess grease.

  2. Add all remaining ingredients except the cheese and mix well.

  3. Bring to a boil, then cover and reduce heat to a simmer. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until pasta is cooked al dente, stirring occasionally. 

  4. Stir in 1 1/2 cups of cheese and cook until melted. Remove from heat and top with remaining cheese.
