Adapted from Life in the Lofthouse

Ingredients
  • 10 ounces egg noodles (uncooked)
  • 1 pound ground beef (lean)
  • 2 cans condensed cream of mushroom soup (10.75 oz)
  • 1 jar French Onion dip (15 oz)
  • 1 cup French fried onions
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray a 9 x 13 casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.

  2. Cook egg noodles according to package directions. Drain.

  3. In a large skillet, crumble and cook ground beef until no longer pink. Drain off excess grease.

  4. Add soup and French Onion dip to meat and stir to combine. Gently fold egg noodles into meat mixture.

  5. Pour mixture into casserole dish. Sprinkle French fried onions evenly across the top.

  6. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
