Ingredients
  • 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or chopped)
  • 2 cups sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 packet dry Ranch dressing mix (1 oz)
  • 1 package bacon pieces (3 oz)
  • 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup (10.75 oz)
  • 16 ounces sour cream
  • 1 bag frozen hash brown potatoes (30 oz)
  • fresh chives (for topping)
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray a 9 x 13 casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.

  2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except the hash brown potatoes and chives, and mix well.

  3. Fold in the hash brown potatoes to combine, then spoon into the casserole dish.

  4. Cook 50-55 minutes or until bubbly. Top with fresh chives when serving.
