Notes
- As written, this dish is mildly spicy. Options for making it spicier:
- Increase the amount of cumin to 3/4 tsp
- Reduce or eliminate the cream cheese (note this will make the sauce less creamy in texture)
- Replace the red enchilada sauce with green enchilada sauce
- To reduce fat content, use lowfat cream cheese or eliminate completely
